Do you need vaccinations?

The nurses at the practice can provide you with travel health advice and vaccinations available on the NHS.

It is recommened you explore whether or not you require travel vaccinations as soon as possible - this should be at least 8 to 12 weeks before departure as vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks.

Travel vaccines NOT available on the NHS

Not all travel vaccines are available on the NHS, if youe require one of the vaccines on the list below you will need to book an appointment at a private vaccination clinic.

  • Japanese Encephalitis
  • Meningitis Vaccines
  • Rabies
  • Tick-born Encephalitis
  • Tuberculosis (TB)
  • Yellow Fever
