The Secretarial and Administrative Teams are available from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday – Friday.
We are now offering a Thursday evening clinic with GP, Nurse and other professionals. We will also be providing telephone follow ups outside of core hours you will be advised of this when you booked.

Wednesday - every 3rd Wednesday of the month between 13:00 - 14:00.

Thursday - every Thursday between 13:00 - 14:00 but every 4th Thursday of the month the closure will be all afternoon from 13:00
If you have an urgent health need while the practice is closed please call 111 (all calls to 111 will be recorded).
In England use 111 when it's less urgent than 999. You will be assessed, given advice and directed straight away to the local service that can help you best.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

The practice will be closed for the Christmas break for routine appointments from 13:00 on Friday 24th December, the practice remains open for urgent and emergency care until 18:30.
The practice will re-open on Wednesday 29th December until Friday 31st December at 13:00 when we move to urgent and emergency care until 18:30.
The practice will also be closed on Monday 3rd January 2022.
If you are on repeat medication, please check you have enough stock to see you over the extended bank holiday, if you need to order more medication this should be done no later than 12 noon on 22nd December as the pharmacy will also need time to process your medication. Orders can be made using your online access or by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org (remember to include your name and patient number or date of birsth on the e-mail).
The practice will close Wednesday 22nd December 12:00 – 13:00 and remain open all day on Thursday 23rd December.
