Welcome to Field House Medical Group

We are a 5 doctor practice with a list size of approximately 12,300 patients. We work from Freshney Green Primary Care Centre, a modern, purpose-built award winning building and offer our patients a wide range of services in spacious, well equipped and comfortable surroundings. We pride ourselves on being an innovative and forward thinking training organisation which places much emphasis on the provision of high quality services and actively seeks the opinions of our patients on the standard of care provided.

Register for Online Services

Our practice now offers a wide range of online services inlcuding:

  • Booking appointments (this service has been suspended during the COVID pandemic)
  • Cancelling appointments
  • Ordering repeat prescriptions
  • Sending secure messages/queries (non-urgent)
  • Viewing medical records
  • Change of contact information

All of these services are available to you at your convienience by registering at the practice for online services or using the NHS App.  Talk to a receptionist for further information about registering for these services.

Text messaging - smart phones are allowing us to send more than just texts to patients now, if you have not yet consented to receiving text information from the practice then please talk to a receptionist.

Video consultations - this type of consultation may be offered to you by your GP.

Online consultation - you can use the online services to send your non-urgent medical or administrative query (see the online section of this website)
