Welcome to Field House Medical Group

We are a 3 doctor practice with a list size of approximately 12,500 patients. We work from Freshney Green Primary Care Centre, a modern, purpose-built award winning building and offer our patients a wide range of services in spacious, well equipped and comfortable surroundings. You can see information about the building and facilities at http://www.freshneygreen.nhs.uk/

We pride ourselves on being an innovative and forward thinking organisation which places much emphasis on the provision of high quality services and actively seeks the opinions of our patients on the standard of care provided.

The practice has developed its own Patient Charter which sets out the rights and responsibilities of patients and clearly indicates the standard of service the practice is aiming to deliver.

From 1st October 2018, access to primary care services across North East Lincolnshire will be improved through the introduction of pre-bookable appointments at evenings and weekends – please ask a practice receptionist for more information visit our Latest New section.
